Atelier is a live event, broadcast and video production company based in Brownsville, working throughout the Rio Grande Valley — Cameron County and Hidalgo County, from the coast to the western end of the Valley.

Working regionally means more than being willing to travel. It means knowing the rooms before show day, planning across different venues and operating conditions, and holding one production standard in every one of them.

Brownsville production

Brownsville is home to Atelier and the center of our longest-running institutional work. We have produced more than 130 public meetings here, along with annual civic addresses, public forums, executive presentations, interviews and live broadcasts.

The annual civic address shows the full scope: prerecorded interviews, a custom motion-graphics package, multi-camera production, image magnification and live streaming, coordinated as one production. Ship-channel and industrial work along the port adds ceremonies and site events to the mix — rooms that are not rooms at all.

McAllen and Pharr production

In McAllen, Atelier produces an annual regional festival with multi-camera production, custom motion graphics and media capture built to keep reaching audiences after the event ends.

For a five-day regional conference, Atelier operated across Brownsville, McAllen and Pharr — 27 live programs from three venues over five days, with simultaneous production schedules, overlapping broadcasts, presentation management, operator-controlled and remote cameras, recording and media organization across every location.

McAllen metro is roughly an hour from our shop, which means site visits and planning meetings happen before show day rather than on it.

Edinburg production

At an international film festival in Edinburg, Atelier provided video-wall management, multi-camera live streaming and complete program recording.

The production tied what was happening onstage to the venue screens and the online audience at the same time, and preserved the full program for viewing afterward.

McAllen metro

McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr.

The upper Valley is an hour up the expressway and we work it on the same terms as home. Same crew, same trucks, same rates. No travel surcharge, no overnight, no subcontracting the job to somebody we have not met.

Board meetings in Edinburg and Pharr, conference programs in McAllen, and video work across Mission and Weslaco. If your meeting starts at six in McAllen, we load in at two and we drive home after strike.

Atelier produces in Brownsville, San Benito, Harlingen, Weslaco, Mercedes, McAllen, Pharr, Edinburg, Mission and surrounding Rio Grande Valley communities, across Cameron and Hidalgo counties.

Our regional location lets site visits, planning meetings and venue coordination happen before show day — not after an out-of-town crew arrives. There is no metro fly-in premium on Valley work, and travel inside the region is written into the quote as line items you can see.

Working with us in the Valley.

Do you travel throughout the Valley?

Yes — Harlingen, San Benito, Weslaco, McAllen, Pharr, Edinburg and Mission included. Travel inside the region is quoted as visible line items, with no metro fly-in premium.

What if the venue has no AV?

Cameras, switching, conference audio, displays, transmission and recording are owned and travel with the crew. We survey the room ahead of the date and arrive with the complete system.

Can you cover several cities in one week?

Yes — a recent five-day conference ran simultaneously in Brownsville, McAllen and Pharr — 27 live programs, three venues, five days, one production plan and one vendor.

Do you work with public agencies?

Most of our work is institutional. W-9 and certificates of insurance on request, vendor registration handled, and quotes written to line items procurement can approve.

Do you produce outside the Valley?

We produce throughout South Texas and across the state, including the border corridor and the major metros, while staying based in and centered on the Valley.

How far ahead should we book?

Earlier is better for multi-day and multi-venue programs, but tell us the date regardless — we will be straight with you about whether we can produce it properly.
