Event production & AV
- —Wide-canvas video walls. Multiple LED panels driven as one continuous canvas from a media server — content, IMAG, and graphics composited across the full stage width.
- —Closed-circuit imaging & IMAG. Live camera relay to house screens and overflow rooms, distributed on-premises — a secure loop that never touches the public internet.
- —Conference & delegate audio. Scalable multi-microphone systems for councils, panels and assemblies, including push-to-talk delegate microphones integrated directly into the room, broadcast and recording.
- —PA & sound reinforcement. Podium, panel, and Q&A audio reinforced for the whole room, so the back row hears it as clearly as the front.
- —Show-calling. The whole production run from a single control position, on a rundown, to the second.

Presenter support
- —Presidential teleprompter. Scripted keynotes and formal addresses delivered to the room and to camera, read naturally through the glass.

05 / Meetings
Deployed meeting systems
- Push-to-talk conference audio. Sixteen delegate microphones owned outright for the dais or head table, with conference management controlling who is open and who is muted — scaled up for larger bodies, to forty positions and beyond.
- Public comment & podium. Twelve wireless handhelds for floor comment and three dedicated podium microphones, mixed live alongside the delegate system.
- Audience projection. Two 120" screens with projectors, sized and placed for the room, on skirted stands with dressed cable.
- Confidence displays. Four 55" displays for the head table and the presenter, fed independently from the audience screens.
- Tabletop delegate displays. Fifteen-inch displays set at the table, so members read the agenda in front of them instead of turning toward the screen.
- Hybrid participation. Teams, Zoom, or Webex integrated both directions, with remote speakers and their presentations carried to the room.
- Transmission options. Hardwired delivery as standard, with bonded cellular available where a venue has no usable network of its own.
- Signal routing & presentation control. Distribution, switching, and professional presenter clickers, operated by a technician for the length of the meeting.

Uplink
When the venue line will not hold
Most productions deliver over the venue's hardwired connection. Where that is not viable — an outdoor site, a remote room, a network that cannot be relied on — LiveU cellular bonding fuses multiple carriers into one resilient uplink. It is quoted per production rather than assumed.

4K-capable, production-ready
Our 12G-SDI, 4K-capable signal chain is configured around the platform, venue and reliability requirements of each production. Every recording is delivered at the highest practical resolution for its intended use.
Distribution
One program, every destination
The same feed pushed at once to public platforms — YouTube, Facebook, city and agency channels — and to private or secure endpoints. No second rig, no re-encoding.
Reliability
The broadcast will be there.
Everything critical is backed up, including transmission, encoding and recording. We plan around the venue's network failing so that, if it does, nothing changes for the audience.
Core broadcast infrastructure is owned and operated in-house. When a production requires specialized systems, we work through established partners and proven workflows while keeping responsibility for the complete production with Atelier.
